Welcome to Tiles. By downloading or using the Tiles app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who we are

Tiles is operated by VilaSEO. You can reach us at support@thetiles.app.

2. Your account

You need an account to use most features of Tiles. You're responsible for keeping your account details safe. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tiles.

3. What you can do

You can use Tiles to track the places you visit, drop pins, build and share missions and explore other people's missions. You agree to use Tiles for personal, lawful purposes only.

4. Content you create

Anything you create on Tiles (pins, missions, photos) stays yours. By posting content publicly or sharing it with friends you grant us a limited license to display and host that content so the app can work.

5. Things you can't do

• Use Tiles to break the law or harass others.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the service.
• Pretend to be someone else.

6. Termination

We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Tiles is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working but we can't guarantee it will always be available or bug-free. To the extent allowed by law we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the app.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change we'll let you know in the app or by email.
